We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our IT services and consulting company. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, generating new leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, promoting our services, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategic business development plans to expand the company's client numbers.
  • Identify potential clients and initiate contact to generate new business leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and propose tailored solutions to address their requirements.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.

Desired Specifications & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Min. 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the IT services or consulting industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT industry, including technologies, solutions, and trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹35,000 per month + Incentives

Schedule: Monday to Saturday ( Morning Shift )

Experience: Min. 1 year

A fast-growing company is looking for an experienced PHP/WordPress developer who has experience of at least a year in this field.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Building custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific client needs.
  • Integrating WordPress with other systems, such as payment gateways, shipping carriers, and fulfillment providers.
  • Troubleshooting and fixing technical issues with WordPress sites.
  • Collaborating with designers, product managers, and customer support specialists to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
  • Work on Front-end (HTML CSS JavaScript) and backend code (PHP) if required.
  • Excellent Knowledge of building WordPress websites & and e-commerce portals using WooCommerce

Desired Specifications & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
  • Knowledge of PHP, the programming language used to develop WordPress.
  • Experience with web development best practices and trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of responsive designs

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: Not a bar for the right candidates

Schedule: Monday to Saturday ( Alternate Saturday Off )

Experience: Min. 6months - 2 years
